How To Set Up Your Brand Voice for Effective Email Campaigns
In this article, you'll learn how to easily set up your Brand Voice for effective Email Campaigns.
STEP 1:
After logging into your dashboard on Email Expert, on the left-hand side, click on "Brand Voice."
Then, click on "Add Voice."
Here, you can add your Company Name, your Website URL, the description of your product or business, your target audience, tone of voice, and of course, any additonal information.
Additionally, if you click on the "From Text" tab,
you can add the title of your content, as well as paste any text from your Sales Page Copy; or from your website or blog.
Lastly, when you click on the "Upload File" tab,
this is going to allow you to upload any document into the Email Expert database.
STEP 2:
Once you've finished filling out all the necessary information, don't forget to make sure that you have a Brand Voice Name by clicking on the pencil icon above.
Right after, click on "Create Voice."
Once you've created an Email Campaign or rewrite any email, you can easily select your newly added Brand Voice.
You can also add other Brand Voices for other products or services that you own or that you manage. This is going to allow you to select the right Brand Voice that you need for each email.
And Voila! That's how easy it is to seamlessly set up your Brand Voice for effective Email Campaigns.
