Mastering Email Marketing with Email Expert AI's Content Rewriter Feature

In this article, you'll learn how to easily master Email Marketing with Email Expert AI's Content Rewriter feature.

STEP 1:

After logging into your dashboard on Email Expert, on the left-hand side, click on "Content ReWriter."

Here, you can easily paste your email content or description that needs to be rewritten.

For instance, let's try adding an email for ClickDesigns. Simply paste it in the "Add Email Content or Description" section - then, select your Brand Voice. If you don't have one yet, you can fill in all the details under the "Add More Detail(s)" field. For more information on creating a Brand Voice, click here.

STEP 2:

Next, customize your Email Tone. Simply select the type of tone you would like for your rewritten email. (You can select more than one tone!)

If you have not added in your Brand Voice, you can paste your Website URL in this section.

You can also include additional information - such as your target audience, your product or service, your end goal, and what you would like the reader to do.

Next, feel free to add in Custom Instructions. This means that we would want the bot to create an email for Email Expert or for a brand or service not using the existing product name listed in the rewritten material. When finished, click "Generate."

STEP 3:

This is going to give you your Rewritten Email. As seen here, the email only talks about Email Expert as a product.

You now have the option to copy the full email by clicking on the "Copy" button,

or download the email in HTML or MS Word by clicking on the "Download" button.

You also have the option to utilize the "Reset" or "Regenerate Email" button. The "Regenerate Email" option, is going to allow you to type in more information.

This is going to give you two versions of the email. The original email is on the left-hand side, while on the right-hand side, the regenerated email covers AI and email marketing by establishing connections. Click on "Use New" if you are satisfied with said changes.

Now, you can easily copy your newly revised email to send to your audience by loading it in your autoresponder.
