How To Manage Your Campaigns And Projects With Email Expert AI
In this article, you'll learn how to easily manage your campaigns and projects with Email Expert AI.
STEP 1:
After logging into your dashboard on Email Expert, on the left-hand side, click on "My Campaigns."
If you've previously created Email Campaigns, all of these will be saved and visible here.
You can see the campaign name, the number of emails included in that campaign, the type of sequence that you've selected, and finally, the created date. On the right-hand side, under "Actions," there are several different options you can choose from with your previously created Email Campaigns.
STEP 2:
To begin, click on "Edit."
Here, you can edit the Campaign Title, the Brand Voice used, the category, the number of emails, the tone — and when finished, you can simply click on the button that reads "Update and Exit."
Additionally, if you've changed any of the pre-made settings, you can generate a new email with the new and improved settings using the "Generate" option.
STEP 3:
Going back to the "Actions" tab, clicking on "View" allows you to view all the different emails that you've created and saved under that specific Email Campaign.
STEP 4:
Clicking on "Clone" gives you the option to clone a specific Email Campaign.
This gives you a pop-up where you can confirm the cloning of an Email Campaign.
STEP 5:
If you wish to delete an Email Campaign, going back to the "Actions" tab and choosing "Delete" will do just the trick.
STEP 6:
Choosing "Move To Project," will automatically move a specific Email Campaign to an already-existing project. Basically, a project is a folder for all the Email Campaigns that you create. This is for when you plan to create specific Email Campaigns for specific products or services to be grouped together.
