How To Effortlessly Create Engaging Emails from Video and Audio Transcripts Using "Magic Emails"

In this article, you'll learn how to effortlessly create engaging emails from video and audio transcripts using Email Expert AI.

STEP 1:

After logging into your dashboard on Email Expert, on the left-hand side, click on "Transcript."

Once this page loads, you can now paste your transcript here.

 You can paste a transcript off either your video file or your audio file.

STEP 2:

If you have a video file or audio file and you want to transcribe it first — we can recommend a few tools that you can use. First, Temi.com. This is free if you have a new account and it is free for the first 30 minutes. Now, if you want to have a paid account — it's 25 cents per minute of any transcription you need; whether it's an audio file or a video file.

You can also download this Chrome extension called Glasp. This will give you a free transcription. If you want to transcribe a YouTube video — all you have to do is add this Chrome extension to your Chrome browser and then browse through any YouTube video, and then automatically, (as long as Clos captions are enabled for that YouTube video) you are then able to get or grab the transcription from it.

Next, this one is called Genelify. Here, all you have to do is just paste the YouTube URL off of any video and then click on "Analyze."

You can also use Otter.ai. This platform offers a basic or free plan — and then you can upgrade to a Pro-business or Enterprise plan. With the free plan, you get 300 monthly transcription minutes, or 30 minutes per conversation of either any audio or video file. Right after you sign up for a free Otter.ai account, you can upload your audio and/or video file there and then you can transcribe it.

On the other hand, if you have a Vimeo video that you would like to transcribe, all you need to do is download the video first. You can do this by either going on SaveTheVideo.com, SaveFrom.Net, or you can download a Google Chrome extension called Vimeo Video Downloader Pro.

Once the Vimeo video is finally downloaded, you can then have it transcribed using any of the free transcribing websites mentioned above.

STEP 3:

Once you are ready with your transcription, going back to Email Expert, simply paste it into the given text box.

When finished, feel free to add in your Email Campaign title, as well as a specific category.

Next, select an Email Template and an appropriate Email Tone.

When finished, click on "Generate."

STEP 4:

With the email templates selected, Email Expert generated a total of two emails for both templates selected.

With the first email generated from the transcription, it is incredibly well-written given the selected done-for-you template.

The second email generated provides a more detailed summary of the video, and the transcription provided. You can also add your call to action here. This is going to allow you to type in specific instructions as to how you would like your email to be regenerated. When finished, click on "Regenerate."

This is going to give you two versions of the email. The original email is on the left-hand side, while on the right-hand side, the regenerated email covers any adjustments you may have typed in. Click on "Use New" if you are satisfied with said changes.

You also have the option to save the email by clicking on "Save," copy the email by clicking on "Copy," download the email as HTML or text file by clicking on "Download," and reset the email by clicking on "Reset."

If you wish to either copy or download ALL emails — you can do that too! Simply click on either the "Copy All Emails" or "Download" button.
